I have got 42708 rank in kiitee 2014.

Will i be able to get a chance in 2nd or 3rd counselling.?

Is there direct admissions taken on the basis of 12th mark sheet.

Your rank in KIITEE exam is not bad. You will definitely get a chance, to participate in 2nd counselling, because in first counselling, only 50% of the seats will be filled. So, you can participate in 2nd counselling. But, in third counselling, it is very difficult to get admission in good college. Because almost all the seats will be filled during 1st and 2nd counselling. So, try to choose any best college during first or second counselling process.
You can also get direct admission through management Quota, on the basis of your 12th standard marks. But, the fee will be very high, in management Quota. So, it is better for you, if you can join through convener quota.

My rank in kiit exam (b.tech m.tech dual degree program) 2015 is 39200.

There is nothing wrong to attend 2nd or even 3rd counseling. There may be drop out candidates would be there who during 2nd counseling change their college option.or they may cancel the admission.so in that case 2nd and 3rd counseling will help you.that vacancy will provide a seat in college. So better attend both the counseling without fail.
