1) You must have completed your Master's degree in Human Resources or Psychology or you may pursue any year of master's from any recognized university or institute to get eligible for this internship. 2) You must have good communication skills. 3) You should have good analytical skills. 4) You should be a good team player, 5) You should have good knowledge of Microsoft applications like MS Office.
