Is it necessary to complete Rotation Internship to appear DNB exam for MBBS graduate?

Hello,
Myself Trishant Chotai. I am doing my Internship and I have completed my MBBS. Am I eligible to appear DNB exam this year or I can give only after completing compulsory Internship Rotation program?
