The candidates who have completed their MD degree from recognized postgraduate medical degree MD/DNB (Paediatrics)/DCH with one year work experience are eligible to apply for the fellowship.

The candidates from rural areas will be given preference to train and upgrade their skills.

The duration of the fellowship would be of 18 months.

The number of seats is 4 only for the September batch.

Procedure to do internship for a FMG student:-

When a candidate qualifies in the FMGE exam, he or she needs to apply for an internship in any of the MCI registerd medical college in India.

The duration of the internship is one year.

They will also receive a certificate from the MCI after clearing from the MCI screening test or FMGE.

Duration of the internship at Ms. Ramaiah's medical college is 1 year.
