You are not able to become an ips officer directly after 10th class. You should complete your 12th class at first. After that, the procedure is-
A candidate must be a citizen of India to become an IPS or IAS.
At the time of filling the Civil Services Preliminary Examination, the candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
The candidates must hold a degree from recognized university in any discipline.
Clear the exam.

Hello Friend..

In order to become IPS officer you need to appear for the UPSC Civil Services examination which is generally conducted after the completion of the graduation or bachelor degree in any of the department of study,as you are 10th class you can appear for the IPS after graduation only.

so complete your 10th first and then take up +2 and after that chooce the graduate degree in which you have interest and in finale year or after completion of graduation you can apply for the IPS selections.

Eligibility for IPS:
  1. candidates should possess graduation or bachelor degree in any of the department of study
  2. should have attained 20 years and should not exceed 30 years in order to apply
  3. age limits are as per the government specifications
  4. candidates can apply for the recruitment as per the number of attempts assigned as per the category they belong.
  • General-4 attempts
  • SC | ST- no limit
  • OBC- 7 attempts
These are the general eligibility required in order to appear for the IPS selections.

Dear friend you are not eligible to apply IPS officer after completing 12th class.

If you want to apply IPS officer after exam then first you complete your Graduation degree.

Because for apply IPS exam the minimum Education qualification is Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.

IPS stands for Indian Police Service.

IPS exam is conducted by UPSC under Civil Services exam in every year.

Eligibility criteria:-

Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

Candidate should be completed Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.

Age should be between 21 years to 30 years for General category candidates.

Age relaxation for OBC category candidates 3 years

And SC/ST category candidates 5 years.


Number of Attempts:-

General category candidates - 4 time

IPS(Indian Police Service) exams are conducted by UPSC every year.


To become IPS officer you need to complete your studies i.e. after 10th complete 11th & 12th,then complete Graduation from a recognized university.

Minimum qualification required to appear for IPS exams is Graduation from a recognized university.


You need focused study of subjects. You should analyze the syllabus, and hard work is needed to crack this examination.


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Educational Qualifications for IPS :
Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Age limit: 21 years must be completed on 1st August of the year, which a candidate is appearing. Maximum 30 for general category, 33 for OBCs and 35 for SCs/STs.

Number of Attempts:
Four attempts for open, seven for OBCs and no limit for SCs/STs. If a person appears in the Preliminary Examination or even one paper is counted as an attempt.

I.P.S --- INDIAN POLICE SERVICE EXAM


To go for the IPS exam you must attempt for the " Civil Services Exam "

This Civil Services Exam is conducted by the " UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION "


The minimum qualification is " GRADUATION "

The minimum age must be " 21 years "


Maximum age is allowed up to " 30 " years

Of course there will be an Age relaxation for the reserved candidates


OBC -- - 3 YEARS RELAXATION


SC / ST -- - 5 YEARS RELAXATION


You have just completed the 10th no need to worry

You should complete

<> 12th class

<> Degree



So for that you must complete all these courses

There is no chance to become an IPS officer with 10th standard

because the Minimum educational qualification for IPS is any bachelor of degree in any stream

there is no percentage required for this examination

so friend, first you can complete your graduation first, then you are eligible for IPS

The acronym for IPS is Indian Police Services.

First of all, I would like to tell you that now, at present time, you cannot give IPS examination.

To join IPS, contenders have to crack the civil services examination, which is conducted every year by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).

The eligibility criteria required for the IPS examination are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of graduation in any track from any accredited college or university.

* Percentage criteria is not required.

* Final year contenders are also eligible.

* Age limit:- 21-30 yrs.

* Age relaxation:- 3 yrs for OBC and 5 yrs for SC/ST contenders.

* No. of attempts:- 4 for General, 7 for OBC and no limits for SC/ST contenders.

* Nationality:- Indian.

i am sorry to say that their is no procedure for a person to crack ips with just 10th standard qualifications.
First of all complete your graduation with minimum of 55% marks. Your marks is good http://entrance-exam.net/forum/images/icons/icon7.gifand congrats for your great thinking of serving your nation.
From now you can do one thing is that just select right subjects of your choice for your intermediate,graduation and have that same subject in your ips exam.
Have eagle's eye on the syllabus and study according to it.

IPS is a Civil service exam and for applying for this exam you must satisfy some major criteria's and they are:

-> Candidate must be a citizen of India.

-> Candidate must have a age limit of 21-30 years.There are certain specified age relaxations for other categories.

-> Candidates should have a degree from a recognized university.

-> Candidates must be physically fit while appearing for the IPS exam.

As far regarding your criteria's you are not eligible for the exam now but you can carry on your studies and finish your degree with good marks and then apply for the IPS exam.

To become an IPS(Indian Police Service) officer one has to crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC once every year bu applying and appearing the examination.

The eligible candidate aspiring for IPS Civil Service Exam, must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream of education from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good Physical Fitness.

Apart from this the candidate should maintain the minimum Physical requirements such as:-

First you have to complete your graduation. You can complete your bachelors degree in any stream.Then Of course you can appear for Indian Police Service(IPS). To join IPS one must clear the civil service examination organised by Union Public Service Commission(UPSC). The eligibility criteria for this exam is bachelors degree in any stream from any UGC recognised university. The age limit is 21-30 years and a relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years relaxation for SC/ST. So after completion of bachelors you can appear forcivil service exam to become an IPS officer. To appear in this exam you should have Graduation degree from a recognized university. So, i suggest you first complete your graduation course and then apply for it.

3. INTERVIEW
Aspirants should first decide on optional subjects like zoology,political science etc.
CSAT exam consists of quantitative aptitude,general knowledge, scio economics and bits on optional.
Mains exam is a descriptive one you should write essays on given questions.
after clearing these two exams you can be called for the interview.
aspirants can join in coaching institutes so that preparation will be easy by study material provided by the institute.

Hai,
IPS (Indian Police Service) exam is conducted by the UPSC once in a year.
The minimum educational qualification is graduation so you are not eligible to apply IPS exam.

Eligibility criteria:

The candidate should be complete graduation from any recognised university.

Final year candidates also eligible to apply.

Age limits is 21 years to 30years.

The candidate should be a citizen of india.

Selection procedure;
Preliminary exam,
Main exam,
Interview.

So first you need to complete your graduation then after apply IPS exam.

=> The minimum qualification for this is, the candidate must be an graduate..
=> So friend, you are eligible to attend the exam..
=> The U.P.S.C conducts this entrance exam..

Mere name vinay kumar hai, aur meme 10th me 46% per cent hai, aur 12th me 56% per cent hai, aur me greduation kar raha hu aur mein "IPS" banna chahta hu , to kya mein "IPS" ki teyaari kar sakta hu..
