With this score you can join in masters course in many university and colleges and also you are eligible for applying for public sector companies. The prerequirement for applying for the exam are 1. The aspirant should have completed bachelor degree in engineering. 2. Final year graduate can also apply . 3. Masters degree holder in the field of science , mathematics can also apply. The pass mark for the exam varies from year to year based on the students performance. The score is valid for a duration of two years. The GATE exam is held under different discipline and question paper differ from one discipline to the other. Common syllabus is only for mathematics questions. So please specify your branch to know the complete syllabus |
