That subject will be best if that subject suits you the most. please note some points given under. 1)1st think about the subject that you love the most and you have the complete dedication. 2)Then think about the subject depth that you can handle really for your career. 3)If you are confused and you are ready to compromise with any subject then look for the market conditions and job offers and demands about each branch. As per my experience you should go for a core or semi-core branch if you are confused like Electrical or Mechanical or Civil engineering. Good luck |

This is where you can show your sports skills... now when it comes to the selection of branch, then it should be a complete and independent decision of your own. civil and mechanical are very good branches and most of the companies provides core jobs to the civil/mechanical engineers. it is not necessary that time an civil/mechanical engineer will get a field job only. wish you luck dear  |

Re: Which is most best trade in b.tech after 12th??? Hello friend All the branches are equally good and have good opportunities in future.. For girls ECE/CSE and IT are preferable and will suit them. Branches like EEE/MECHANICAL/CIVILS etc involve a lot of field work, so best suited for male candidates. If you want to be in private sector go for ECE/CSE and IT but if you want to be in Government sector then choose EEE/MECHANICAL/CIVILS etc. So, my sincere suggestion is to choose which is interested for you but not others. Every branch have its own importance , candidates skills and effort matters but not the branch. So, do sincere and good work in any branch definitely you will get success. |

Hi if you are ready to put in effort and is serious about doing an engineering stream, go in for mechanical, as a sports person, it may suit you too as sometimes labs in mechanical engg are more physical oriented. More than electronics and IT , mechanical engineering is more practical and action oriented. So if parents are against civil, best choice seems to be mechanical. Thanks |

As of now and future mechanical engineering is good.........and it is more better for boys...... There other good groups like ece,eee,cse.......... If you are more intrested in subjects like physics&mathematics...i suggest you to take ece,eee..which is evergreen.... Bright future is waiting for you..... Make a good choose.... All the best |

I had given class 12th exam this year n i have got 69% marks.I had also appeared the UPTU exam,where i ranked 94320 in General, 34420 in OBC, 4074 in GLBC. I'm actually confuse that which trade should i choose but i want to go for Electronics n communication engineering. Re: Which is most best trade in b.tech after 12th??? well it is always to go the way which you like because you will enjoy the process and you must go towards your will if you like civil or mechanical you must do it there is lot of job opportunities after civil and mechanical and just do not think about any other thing you don't need to think about any other engineering departments,you must convince your parents that you like it and you will go for it any way you will have to convince and there is no other way. |

Firstly, you must have a clear notion on this. Next you must give the JEE or IIT or EAMCET or any other engineering examinations to be for the engineering courses. Either you can prepare for this course, along with your 12th standard preparation or you can keep a year gap and prepare for it in that time, to make your preparation standard even better. The decision lies with you. Lastly, I agree with your parents that you must go for mechanical engineering for a better future. Also electrical or chemical engineering are good genres. So think about it. |

Well according to the names which you have mentioned let me tell you that both of them are very good and they are the core engineering streams, which means that there market is never going to go down and they will always remain in demand. Apart from mechanical and civil the other core engineering streams are electrical engineering and electronics and communication engineering. Hence these four streams are core engineering streams and your future will be bright if you go for these streams. But if you are not interested in laborious jobs then don't go for civil for civil engineers have to spend a lot of time in the out to complete their tasks. But my dear friend i would also like to caution you of the fact that your marks are not of that level. You will no doubt get admission(provide you get a good rank in engineering entrance exam) in a good college but at the time of job when two candidates will be competing for the same job then the candidate who has better marks will be getting the preference. So if you want to go for engineering then make your every move accurately with these marks. best of luck!!! |

Re: Which is most best trade in b.tech after 12th??? this is depends upon your capability. the main thing is your intersted way. what is your intersted trade and in which trade you should make your carrier. so, the main issue is our thinking. as you know many of the branches are available in b. tech but we are going the way in which high salary is offerd. i also aggree for this but only for salary we lost our future. so, think bout this in your mind. as my point of view CIVIL branch is best. but you choose your best skilled trade. |

In which field you want to build your career this is important... See, every trade has a separate field and bright future.. Now it comes to your interest.. In which field you want to go.. There are lots of stream, but i am giving you the general information.. If you have interest in software sector then you can go for streams like- 1.computer science 2.Information technology 3.Electronics and communication If you have interest in core field then you can go for streams like- 1.Mechanical 2.Electrical 3.Civil etc...
