CBSE Class Xllth Biotechnology Exam – Download Previous Years Question Papers Biotechnology is a special kind of subject that is offered to the interested students in CBSE class XII level. The CBSE Class XII Biotechnology paper is of 70 marks only. Like many other class XII papers, the remaining 30 marks of the biotechnology paper are also granted for the practical examination. The question paper is to be solved in 3 hours time duration. The type of the questions in this paper is quite variant. The type contains straight forward one line answer type questions, very short answer r questions, short descriptive kind of questions, and long explanatory kind questions. As the level of the question increases, the marks obtained also increases.
