Re: Fresher salary for B.E CSE in Wipro? dear friend, Eligible Criteria for WIPRO :: * candidate must have 60% throughout its carrier. * any backlogs will not be a candidate's carrier. * more than 2 years carrier gap will not be acceptable. * any criminal offence is pending to you or not. Basically they expect from the student is that : * must have well disciplined. * must have very good communication skills. * must have soft skills. * must have very good attitude. etc. Procedure : there are mainly three steps for WIPRO. These are : 1. Online Aptitude Test. 2. Technical Interview. 3. HR interview. For freshers they give 3.2 to 5.2 lacks p.a. good luck. |

Its also one of the best recruiting companies in India and it recruits freshers engineers from various colleges across India. The Basic requirements to apply for a job in Wipro are : 1. You should be a minimum graduate from any recognized college or university preferably in B.E/B.Tech stream. 2. They ask for a minimum 60% throughout in your 10th, 12th and Graduation respectively. 3. You should have good communication and technical skills as it would be an added positive. 4. There should not be more than 2 years gap in your academic career. So if you fulfill these, then you can apply for the recruitment procedure. Its done in 2 parts :- Written Aptitude Personal + HR Interview. Now coming to the package that is offered by this company, WIPRO is very particular about the quality of students it is hiring.
