Fresher Salary for B. E. CSE in Wipro:

For working in Wipro, you need to clear tests & interviews.

Salary for BPO in Wipro is approximately Rs.10,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month while in other case it is approximately Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month.

According to my knowledge a fresh graduate got around 26,000/- rupees per month.others facility and charges extra.

Fresher salary For B.E. would be 3 lac to 6.5 lac per annum depending upon the college and his/her abilities .generally , package gets increased by 30 % after 3-4 years.

As i know WIPRO offers 2.4 lac ctc p.a to the freshers candidate who just get appointed as a trainee or executive post.

After training that is in probation period they might get 3-3.2 lac as per their performance.

as you know in the big companies experince have a big role.
but the fresher has no experince.

after getting selected in the interview conducted by wipro, they will give you the place of training it might be in cochin, Bangalore, bombay etc.

salary during training period in wipro is 15000. after u get posted, ur salary will range from 23000 to 27000 based on ur performance in training. during training they ll conduct tests and provide projects

* any backlogs will not be a candidate's carrier.
* more than 2 years carrier gap will not be acceptable.
* any criminal offence is pending to you or not.

Basically they expect from the student is that :

* must have well disciplined.
* must have very good communication skills.
* must have soft skills.
* must have very good attitude. etc.

Procedure :

there are mainly three steps for WIPRO. These are :

1. Online Aptitude Test.
2. Technical Interview.
3. HR interview.

For freshers they give 3.2 to 5.2 lacks p.a.
