You have to study two sections i.e i.General section and ii.Optional subject section For General subject preparation, you can follow these books: Oxford Atlas India , Best current affairs magazines including leading newspapers. NCERT books on General Geography of India, Physical Geography ,by Leong Introduction to Indian Constitution - D.D. Basu, Indian Economy - Dutt and Sundharam. Freedom Struggle (NBT) - Bipan Chandra Our Parliament - S.C. Kashyap Science and Technology Published by the Spectrum. And for the optional subjects also you can find good books in the market.
