Re: Is TCS going to increase the salary package for freshers? TCS decided salary packages and keeps them fixed from colleges to colleges. This is because it recruits a heavy amount of candidates, so the package is kept low. Now once you enter and flow through the 6 months training, and impress your seniors there, then they would certainly judge your value again, keep a close watch on your performance and then would increase your salary package. But I think for freshers, its kept fixed, so as not to disturb their system. |

The salary package remains as before that is 3.16 LPA and you will get 18000 in your training session. But you should not think about salary.This is enough for a frashers to get 3.16 LPA.TCS is the one of the largest MNC in INDIA it is a great opportunity for you to be with TCS sothat you can learn something. |
