i have been selected in tcs recently.The package is Rs. 3.15 lpa.

Dear friend there is no such news by which you can say that TCS increased the salary package for freshers.

The salary package remains as before that is 3.16 LPA and you will get 18000 in your training session.

But you should not think about salary.This is enough for a frashers to get 3.16 LPA.TCS is the one of the largest MNC in INDIA it is a great opportunity for you to be with TCS sothat you can learn something.

its only 3,16,387..which i m getting now..

TCS decided salary packages and keeps them fixed from colleges to colleges. This is because it recruits a heavy amount of candidates, so the package is kept low. Now once you enter and flow through the 6 months training, and impress your seniors there, then they would certainly judge your value again, keep a close watch on your performance and then would increase your salary package.

But I think for freshers, its kept fixed, so as not to disturb their system.

3.15 lakhs
(which will increase every year but with meagre amount)
