Which course will be good for my field and for getting jobs? heloo friend, ECE is an evergreen field of engineering and under this field of engineering there are a number of government as well private jobs present which all are considered to be the brilliant one's. All or maximum of those jobs have great demand and reputation.Under ECE field of engineering different areas are there where you may get brilliant job opportunities after your b.tech as those areas are : --microwave --vlsi --embedded design --nano electronics --communication --photonics --signal processing etc. There are the several technical areas where you may get brilliant job options under any of the government or private sector. Some of the private job companies are as follows : LARSEN & TURBO TORRY HARRIS HCL IBM TCS INFOSYS GE ELECTRICALS MICROSOFT NI FREESCALE SAPIENT LG GODREJ AGILENT CADENCE WIPRO R SYSTEMS etc. Master degree courses after b.tech in electronics as : M.TECH M.ED LAW LLB MCA HOTEL MANAGEMENT etc. good luck !! |

My dear friend, As you a student of 3rd year of B.tech in ECE branch, so you have so many options. you can do further studies like M.Tech in ECE or you can do MBA after your B.Tech completion. I suggested you to prepare Gate exam. By this exam you can get admission for M.tech in many reputed institutions like IITs, Nits, IISC etc as well as you may get government jobs in many companies like NTPC, BHEL, SAIL, ONGC etc. You may also go in research agencies like DRDO. Some specialization course in ECE branch are mentioned below: M.Tech (Embedded system design) M.Tech ( VLSI design) M.Tech (Electronics Engineering) M.Tech ( Electrical & Electronics Engineering) If you do not want to do M.Tech then you can also do MBA through IIMs, FMS etc by qualifying the exam like CAT, MAT, XAT etc. Best Of Luck, Thanks. |

As MBA will help you take your career forward by many leaps. As you have already did your B.tech, after your MBA you can easily grab a decent job in any multi national organisation. MBA opens a whole new world of opportunities in terms of your career where you can grow faster . As you would be knowing of the saturation in the conventional sectors like HR, IT, Finance etc, so I would suggest you to go for some unconventional courses like Oil and gas Mgmt, Energy Trading, Power Mgmt etc.These programs have huge takers in the job market given that you have the potential and aptitude. Being unconventional programs these are not offered by many universities in India or Asia, there is only one university UPES, Dehradun providing them in the pan Asia region. |

For best colleges in M.Tech you should clear GATE with a good rank to get into the top M.Tech colleges of India like IITs,NITs,IISc,BITS and many more.. For GATE,there is no age limit and no restrictions on the number of attempts you can make to clear the exam.. From next year onward you shall be eligible for giving the GATE exam..
