CBI Exam Details:- The full form of CBI is Central Bureau of Investigation. Among youths the craze to become a CBI officer is huge. To become a CBI officer you need to be sit for the CGL exam which is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. The examination takes place in three stages. They are as follows: The preliminary written exam, the main written exam and lastly the personality test cum interview session. To be eligible for the exam, you must hold a bachelors degree (any*stream), from a recognized university. The minimum age is 20 years whereas, the maximum age limit is 27 years with relaxation of upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC. All the best |

This exam conducted by the SSC(staff selection commission). Eligibility criteria: the applicant should complete the graduation from any recognized university. Your age should be in between 20 to 27 years. The age relaxation for the sc/st and obc categories. Both male and female candidates are eligible to become an CBI officer but should be a citizen of india. The candidate should be physically and medically fit for this exam. If you want to join in executive grade i.e. for the post of Sub-Inspector, you need to appear for CGLE [Combined Graduate Level Examination] conducted by SSC [Staff Selection Commission]. If you want to join in administrative grade i.e. for the post of DCP [Deputy Commissioner of Police], you need to appear for Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC and opt for IPS [Indian Police Service] on selection. |
