You can refer the following books as under- History- NCERT books of class XI and XII, Freedom Struggle (published by National Book Trust) Geography- Class XII books of Geography (NCERT), a good atlas. "Upkar Prakashan" and "Pratyogita Darpan" are the best books for preparation of Civil Service examinations as they cover almost each subject.
