People are telling lot of oppurtunities for MA economics but tell me frankly, how many of them are engaged in job after doing MA economics in Kannada. only little so chose the subject as per the market changes and if your not getting job any where you have to survive in life. Not only person who has done MA Economics can teach even who has done MBA / MSW / MSC /Btec evey one can teach, only thing is you should have speaking knowledge thats all. I have my frnds who has done MA Economics and job less. |

Re: Employment opportunities after Masters Degree in Economics? Dear friend bsc agriculture is not a job orienting field . I do not suggest you to go for that, if you can pursue your studies anyhow . Because after msc you can give ICAR SET exam or qualify NET exam after which you can do phd and also given a monthly stipend of 16000 +HRA +2O,OOO annual contingency. So try to manage somehow your studies in any way you can. Generally the jobs offered to graduate candidates with such stream do not let earn more than 15,000 per month and rest depend upon your capabilities and fate and dedication. All the best |

There are many short term courses available while pursuing B.B.A:- 1) various computer courses like NIIT,IIJT,PR 2) accountact course 3) go in banking sector 4) certificate course in foreign language But while persuing these courses ,dont loose your concentration from your main course i.e BBA |

Many ways are exits after MA in Economics. you also go for teaching. and the another way isi n the banks. if you want then you choose the way of upse examination. if you intersted then you also go for Resaerch work after Ph.D. so, choose your way as per your interst and do work hard... |

If you wish to go to academic section like taking profession in teaching,pursue PhD in Economics, Operations Research, Finance or any other related field there are great scopes. Even in the industry,excellent options are in analytics, banking, consultancy and marketing. Other than this one can opt for Journalism and public policy making as well. So it is your choice now. |
