Re: Am I eligible for JTO position having secured 63% in B.Tech? you are definitely eligible for JTO service after completion of B.tech course with 63% aggregate. Eligibility for JTO service:- 1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in BE/B.tech field. In streams like- Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer science/Radio technology etc.. 2.Candidate must have secure 60% aggregate through out the career. 3.Candidate should not have any pending backlogs during graduation. 4.Candidates age should be in between 21-30 years. For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. 5.Candidate must be a citizen of India. Education qualification: You should have complete minimum graduation degree in Engineering of any one branch mentioned below. >>Radio Engineering >>Instrumentation Engineering >>Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering >>Computer Engineering >>Electrical Engineering Age limit: And your age should be between 21 to 30 years. You have missed this year BSNL JTO exam,which BSNL JTO exam going to held on 19th Feb 2012. The Issue of application form was closed on 12th Dec 2011. So you should wait for next notification to release,that is next year. |

HI DEAR, Yes you are eligible for BSNL JTO exam. because eligibility criteria for JTO EXAM:- Eligibility for JTO service:- 1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in BE/B.tech field. Definitely,you can appear for BSNL JTO exam with that percentage.BSNL JTO exam is conducted by BSNL to take a qualified students into government Telecom department. Hi friend, you are eligible for JTO exam. the eligibility criteria to apply for JTO is: candidate should be a engineering graduate and a finel year student also can apply for this post. candidate should obtain his graduation certificate from any recognised university in india. candidate should have a minimum of 21 years and maximum of 30 years of age. age relaxation is given to specific categories. sc/st: 5 years BC: 3 years. But any how the eligibility criteria for BSNL JTO is 1.Graduation in engineering in any recognised university. 2.Candidate should secure minimum 60% in academics. 3.The age limit is 21-30 years. Following is the eligibility for JTO exam:- -A person should be Graduate in Engineering/Technology.A sore should be 60% or above in graduation.Final year students are also eligible. -Age should be between 21 to 30 years. But it is relaxable for, >>BSNL employees – up to 5 years >>Government servants – up to 5 years >>Applicants of the SC and ST tribes – up to 5 years >>Applicants of the PH General Category – up to 10 years [SC/ST: 15 years and OBC: 13 years >>Applicants of the OBC category – up to 3 years >>Residents of J&K -A person must be an Indian citizen.
