you are definitely eligible to write JTO exam.

Following is the eligibility for JTO exam:-

-A person should be Graduate in Engineering/Technology.A sore should be 60% or above in graduation.Final year students are also eligible.

-Age should be between 21 to 30 years. But it is relaxable for,

>>BSNL employees – up to 5 years
>>Government servants – up to 5 years
>>Applicants of the SC and ST tribes – up to 5 years
>>Applicants of the PH General Category – up to 10 years [SC/ST: 15 years and OBC: 13 years
>>Applicants of the OBC category – up to 3 years
>>Residents of J&K

-A person must be an Indian citizen.

Yes,the candidates from B.TECH with above 60% percentage are eligible for BSNL job.
But any how the eligibility criteria for BSNL JTO is
1.Graduation in engineering in any recognised university.
2.Candidate should secure minimum 60% in academics.
3.The age limit is 21-30 years.
Currently notification is released in Gujarat,Madya pradesh and Maharastra etc.

Yes, my friend you are definitely eligible for JTO service after completion of B.tech course with 63% aggregate.

Eligibility for JTO service:-

1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in BE/B.tech field.
In streams like- Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer science/Radio technology etc..

2.Candidate must have secure 60% aggregate through out the career.

3.Candidate should not have any pending backlogs during graduation.

4.Candidates age should be in between 21-30 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

5.Candidate must be a citizen of India.

These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill..

Yes you are eligible to apply for the JTO examination. The Junior Telecom officer (JTO) exam is conducted every year by the BSNL. From the past 3 years they are not conducting this exam because of certain loss in the company. The eligibility required for the JTO examination is given below.

Educational Qualifications:
For the JTO exam candidate should have a degree in Engineering in any of the following disciplines from a recognized engineering college/university:
i. Telecommunication,
ii. Electronics,
iii. Radio,
iv. Computer,
v. Electrical.
vi. Information Technology

Education Qualification for JTO-Civil
Candidates having degree in engineering or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/University.
