Re: How can I get a job after passing B.Tech? to clear this one round one should know the topic well.mostly they give topic from latest issues of developments or on any new releases. so read news paper daily s that you can know about all what happening around you.you should deliver the content with confidence.dont talk unneccsary things only for the sake of talking, always add a valuable point to the discussion.dont argue on any point and give chance to others also. try to be the initiator of the topic. |

Re: How can I get a job after passing B.Tech? dear friend, After B.Tech. you can also find a job in some top private companies like : * T.C.S. * Wipro * C.T.S. * Infosys * Accenture * Tech Mahindra * I.B.M. etc. You can also get a job in some Government sector like : * L & T, * ROLEX, * E.R.T.E.L., * B.S.N.L., * B.H.A.B.A., * B.H.E.L., * S.A.I.L., * S.S.C. (school service Commition) * O.N.G.C. etc. HOW TO GET JOBS ::- Besides this you can upload your current updated resume in the following sites and they will automatically send you vacancies according to your resume : http://www.timesjob.com or http://www.shine.com or http://www.naukri.com etc. Generally Multi national companies uses the following rounds.There are generally four round for such companies which are given below : Number of Round : 1. Written test, 2. First technical round, 3. Second technical round, 4. HR round. Generally Written test means quantative aptitude test and it maximum comes from following two sections : -> Previous year question papers -> Quantative aptitude test by R.S.Agarwall. B.tech is better field...........if you are in final year means starts submitting resumes in job sites........and try to see government sites for jobs if any job is suitable for you ur qualification means start applying.....and update resumes in all job related sites |

You have an option of Campus Placement in which the companies comes to your college and select students as per their talent and skills and knowledge. another option is an Off Campus Placement in which you are supposed to give the placement test according to the company rules from outside the college. so, these are the ways by which you can get placed after your B.tech. Hi Friend, it is easy to get a software job for a B.Tech student. all that you need to do is practise aptitude questions well to clear the written test. do pratise from "Quantitative Aptitude " by RS Aggarwal. after this one may conduct group Discussion round, to clear this one round one should know the topic well. mostly they give topic from latest issues of developments or on any new releases. so read news paper daily s that you can know about all what happening around you. you should deliver the content with confidence. dont talk unnesasary things only for the sake of talking, always add a valuable point to the discussion. dont argue on any point and give chance to others also. try to be the initiator of the topic. conclude the topic within the time limit. if you follow all these then you can clear the Group Discussion round also. after Group Discussion round one will have Technical Interview Round where they will check your subject and programming knowledge and they may also focus on your final year project. so be prepared for this round. have strong subject knowledge. after this one need to go through personal interview or HR round where they will check your interpersonal skills. be confident and answer the qestions with pleasant face. should have good communication skills. if you clear all these rounds then you can get a job easily. It all depends upon the talent, skills and knowledge that the candidate is having whether to get a good job or not. For many of the companies to be eligible for recruitment procedure, one should be of career 60 in the sense the candidate should have scored more than 60% of marks in all the acadmeic levels through out your career. The selection procedure in most of the private sector companies is by -Written test -Technical Round -HR Roud. The technical round will include both written test and Interview. Some companies will also conduct 2 technical interviews. Some other companies will also conduct Essay writing, JAM and Group Discussion also as a part of selection procedure. You can try for job opportunities through -On campus placements -Off campus placements -Job Melas Another way to get Job Oppotunities in Job portals like -Naukri -Monster -Freshersworld etc. and update your resume everyday. Due to this, you will get Interview calls based on your profiles and invitations for Interview through mail also. Before attending any Interview, know some basic knowledge regarding the company by surfing the official website of that company. In addition, know the required skills and strengths for the job position which you are going to join and be strong enough in those areas. |
