UGC University Grants Commission NET National Eligibility Test / SET State Eligibility Test for Lectureship Exam (Paper - 1) by Sajit Kumar and M. Gagan is a book that aims to guide the aspirants of the UGC NET and SET exams. The first chapter in the book has general information, the syllabus, and some sample questions conforming to the examination pattern. The first section deals with teaching aptitude, and the next section covers research aptitude. The third and fourth sections cover reading comprehension and communications skills, respectively. The next two sections deal with logical reasoning and data interpretation. Section 8 is on information and communication technology, and Section 9 covers people and environment. The last part of the section discusses the topic of the higher education system, which is inclusive of governance, policy, and administration. Question papers of the previous year, and some model papers have been provided at the end of the book. Sajit Kumar has co-authored books like the Trueman's UGC NET Political science and has written UGC NET/SLET Public Administration. M. Gagan has co-authored Trueman’s UGC-CSIR JRF/NET Chemical Sciences (Chemistry) and UGC - CSIR JRF/NET: Compulsory Paper - 1 (Common For Science). |
