Don't believe in Guides... Try to refer standard referance books.... For objective type paper, try to solve as much GATE papers as possible. All the best... |

UGC University Grants Commission NET National Eligibility Test / SET State Eligibility Test for Lectureship Exam (Paper - 1) by Sajit Kumar and M. Gagan is a book that aims to guide the aspirants of the UGC NET and SET exams. The first chapter in the book has general information, the syllabus, and some sample questions conforming to the examination pattern. The first section deals with teaching aptitude, and the next section covers research aptitude. The third and fourth sections cover reading comprehension and communications skills, respectively. The last part of the section discusses the topic of the higher education system, which is inclusive of governance, policy, and administration.
