Re: What are the different rounds for recruitment?

Hi

The recruitment of companies differ from each other. In our country from the past years, the IT companies have dominated in terms of mass recruitments.

So I am providing the details about the recruitment procedure of the IT companies.

-> Firstly you have to sit for the Aptitude Test. In that you would be asked logical reasoning, aptitude, mathematics puzzles, and other such type of questions.

-> If you clear that, then you would be called for the Group Discussion. This is usually not a part of recruitment procedure of every company, but still some companies have this step also.

-> Further you will have to face a HR + Technical Interview round in which you would be questioned on the two subjects in which you are most interested in, and questions relate to personal life and welfare would also be put up.

So in this way, you can get selected in any of the IT Companies.

-> For selection in any government company, you have to sit for the entrance and clear it.

->Then a Personal Interview would get you through to a post in that respective government job.

Hope this helps

All the best
