Respected sir I have completed my BCA from Sikkim Manipal University in the year 2008, after that I have given a 2 year's of gap in my study and I was doing a job in a very small organization at that time for getting some money for my further study. Again in the year 2010 I enrolled myself for MCA from the same university (i.e. Sikkim Manipal University) and have completed my course MCA from there, but the problem what I am facing right now is that, I was unable to get good jobs in reputed IT firms, the reason is that - as I have done my Graduation & Post Graduation from Distance Education they are not eager to take me or in some cases I was not fulfilling the criteria for eligibility requirement ,and that%u2019s the biggest barrier I am facing right now. Please suggest me what should I do now? Should I change the track of my career like diverting it into MBA from regular college so that I can get a good paying job? Please suggest as I can%u2019t understand what I should do with my life. |

If you find good distances university like IGNOU where most of students are placed in good position in MNC .Today every company has own process to select the employee Here no matter where you get MCA degree. knowledge is important .What you give the company. |
