Hello Dear, yes you can apply for NDA exam. final year candidate are also eligible for NDA exam and you are in final year so you can appear, eligibility criteria:- 1. the candidate must be an indian citizen. 2. the candidate must be an unmarried male. 3. the candidate must be passed/appeared in 12th with a govt. recognized university. 4. the candidate must be medically fit. 5. he must be in between 16.5-19 years. selection procedure:- 1. written test - objective. 2. ssb interview.- vocal . 3. medical test. |

Re: Can I apply for NDA exam after completing 12th? hi,,, apply for NDA exam after completing 12th candidate have completed their 12th standard are eligible for NDA exam 1.Written test which is conducted by UPSC. 2.Personal Interview. 3.Your date of birth is 5-5-1995 means your age now 16+ but in time of notification you are eligible for NDA exam. 4.But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years. all the best************** |

Re: Can I apply for NDA exam after completing 12th? yes friend you can do nda after complete the 12th but one thing that you shiuld have math , physics in 12th and passing with the 60% your age in not more then 19 years and not below then 16 1/2 |

Re: Can I apply for NDA exam after completing 12th? Yes, you are ripe for applying for the NDA exam. This exam is conducted by the UPSC twice a year. The next exam would be notified on 5th May. The exam would be held on 19th August. You have to apply before 4th June. keep watching the UPSC websiete upsc.gov.in or Employment News. |

Re: Can I apply for NDA exam after completing 12th? Yes after passing the 12th class with more then 60% marks and with the science stream you are eligible to apply for the NDA exam. This exam is conducted by the upsc twice in a year. If your age is 16 ½ year to 19 year then you can apply for this. |

NDA Examination is conducted in 3 wings: • Indian Army • Indian Navy • Indian Air Force Eligibility Criteria: >>> The candidate must have to pass 12th class from a recognized university. >>> And the final year of 12th class students also to apply for this NDA Examination. >>> The age limit in between 16.5 to 19 years. >>> The candidate must be unmarried male person and medically fit. >>> The candidate must be citizen of India. Re: Can I apply for NDA exam after completing 12th? Hi NDA stands for the National Defense Academy. Its basically an All India Entrance Examination which is conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year two times to select or rather recruit candidates for the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. The Basic Eligibility Criteria's to be able to apply for the NDA exam are :- 1. You should be an Unmarried Male Indian 2. You should be a minimum 12th pass from a recognized school or state board in India. No minimum percentage is required. 3. You should be physically absolutely fit. 4. Physics and Maths are compulsory subjects if you wish to apply for the India Navy or Air Force wings. 5. Your age should be within 16.5 to 19 years as in the year of applying. Thus if you fulfill the following, then you are surely eligible to apply for the NDA exam. For this year, i.e 2012, the NDA exam registrations are already over and the exam is scheduled on 15th April 2012 i.e Sunday. The notifications are usually out in the month of December and the last dates are on the end of January. Thus this year you cannot apply for this exam, but next year if your age permits, then you can apply online. Re: Can I apply for NDA exam after completing 12th? CDS stands for the Combined Defense Service. ELIGIBILITY FOR CDS EXAMINATION : You must either be : A citizen of India OR, A subject of Bhutan. OR, A subject of Nepal. OR, A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently setting in India. OR A person of India origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, etc with the intention of permanently settings in India. AGE LIMIT : If you are Unmarried male born not earlier than 2nd January 1990 and not later than 1st January 1993, so you are eligible. |

Re: Can I apply for NDA exam after completing 12th? hello... hi friend you can not apply to N.D.A exam with your 10 studies .the minimum qualification required for applying N.D.A exam is 10+2 . through this exam you can go into air forces ,army ,navy .this exam will held by u.p.s.c in 2 times in every year Selection process 1.written test In this general maths ,g.k,aptitude is present 2.interview In this they ask you recording your personal details 3.physical test and medical test EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION You have to scored 60% in your +2=diploma and in your graduation AGE LIMIT Your age must be between 16.5 to 19 years for +2 and 19 to 24 for gradutes NATIONALITY You are the citizen of Indian MARITAL STATUS You must be unmarried status GOOD LUCK.... |

The age eligibility criteria for writing NDA entrance exam: Candidate have to complete the 12th in any trade from a recognized central/state education board. The age should be in between 16.5-19 years. You are definitely eligible as your date of birth fits into the criteria for age limit in NDA. GOOD LUCK. |

Re: Can I apply for NDA exam after completing 12th? dear friend,  NDA (National Defence Academy) is one of the platforms through which you can express your indomitable spirit for your own country India. Eligibility for Indian Army : 1:You should pass 12(10+2)th or its equivalent from State Board / Universities. you can also apply as appearing for 12th examination. 2:Marital Status:Unmarried 3:Sex :Male. 4:Age Limit : Between 16.5 and 19. 5:Nationality: You have to be A citizen of India, or subject of Bhutan, or subject of Nepal, or Tibetan refugee . Application Forms are published in any leading newspapers during March or April every year and entrance examination to be held by the UPSC six months later from the application form is published. The UPSC (NDA) exam is conducted twice a year (April and October)in all major cities throughout India. Each year course start twice January and July. Selection Procedure: National Defence Academy selects the candidates in three phases : i)A written examination by the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC). ii)An interview by the Service Selection Board(SSC) to check the potentialities Intelligence and personality. iii)A medical examination by a Service Medical Board(SMB). The written examination is of two papers of all objective type questions. i)Mathematics of 2.5 hours maximum number 300 including Arithmetic, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics. ii)General Ability test of 2.5 hours maximum number 600 including General English, General Knowledge,Physics,Chemistry,General Science,History,Freedom Movement,Geography,Current Event After clearing the written exam you will be called for a five-day interview process with the State Selection Board (SSB) which is the final step of selection.
