TCS Eligibility:- 1.You are to obtain minimum 60% marks in 10th 12th and also in b.tech. 2.You should have good knowledge in communication language. 3.Candidate's should have clear idea regarding computer language dot.net/java/sap etc. 4.you are to clear Graduation without gap,more than 2 years gap never be considered. 5.Candidate have to qualify written/technical/personality tests conducted by TCS. |

You cannot go for TCS or even CTS or Accenture and companies like this where the percentage criteria is 60% all through. Although your graduation percentage is fine, but your 10th and 12th standard percentages are below the required criteria. I would suggest you to take up teaching jobs. You can sit for Teacher's Eligibility Test(TET) or School Service Commission(SSC) examination and go for teaching jobs in schools. In parallel please finish your B.ed. education. B.ed. can be done by people who have more than 50% in their graduation. You fulfill this criteria. Once your B.ed. is completed you can enter the schools where there is a vacancy. SSC or TET will clear your path for government schools. Think about it. |

The eligibility criteria for TCS is written below--> 1.You must have more than 60% through out your carrier.if you have less than 60% in any of 10th,12th and graduation career,then you are not eligible. 2.Then you should have good communication skills and strong in aptitudeand reasonings. then also you can crack TCS easily. On the application form there was a data misentry(not intentional) w.r.t year of passing in Engineering. Instead of 2007 I typed it as 2005 since I completed my arrears after 2 years. I told them this clearly during submitting the documents to the bgv team. yet the offer was removed after a month and I was not informed about that as well. When I checked and called up the HR they said , the approval for the extended education is pending and they are still awaiting for the same.. Now this is been a month now. I possess overall experience of 7 years. and relevant is Tivoli storage manager for 5 years. has anyone or any of your friends came across such situation. And any idea of what could be done with this.!! |

One idea what I can suggest you is try doing some good computer proficiency certifications like IBM certifications for mainframe or SUN certification for Java or some CCNA certifications and you can try getting into some small IT companies and gain atleast 1 year experience and then you can get into TCS easily or else try doing MCA in some good colleges and you need to be one among the topper which can help you to get into TCS easily. TCS take freshers only through campus that is the reason I told you to do certifications and also to gain minimum of 1 year experience. All the best. |

TCS criterion is you have to get minimum 60% throughout the carrier to serve in their company. so you have to get above 60% marks in 10, 10+2 and also in graduation. as your marks is not fulfill the criterion so you will not be able to get job in TCS. but don't worry for this. there are so many company which recruit below 60% student. you may apply for job in those company. best of luck. surely you will get a job in a reputed company. |

My friend you can gave the interview of TCS After completion MCA or Btech if you have valuable certificates and good academic score as 10th with 60-65% 12th 60 to 65% and same as in graduation then you have some working experience in software company. |

In many cases they ask for 60% and above,it is done mostly to set a line for the criteria. mostly,it is just an eligibility. The main focus should be on the first aptitude section test and the interview.At TCS you get an ample amount opportunity to diversify your skills. Hi Friend, TCS will allow candidates with minimum of 60% average in 10, 12 and graduation. after seeing your percentage, only graduation marks are good and satisfying the eligibility criteria. so my dear friend, i am sorry to say this, you are actually not eligible for TCS recruitment but if you can do some computer related certifications like OCA, OCP, CCNA etc then i can say that you can get a good job in any software company.
