Eligibility criteria to apply for IBPS CWE - 1. Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. 2. Age - 18-28 years. Cut Off marks - Cut off marks for Reserved category is 21 marks in each paper. Cut off marks for general category is 24 marks in each paper. |

Dear Friend, In IBPS Clerical Exam , the predicted cut-off marks for SC category candidates is 165 , i.e., if you succeed in getting such marks then its definite that you will be called for the interview. So , Try to secure marks more than 160 . This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. Hope the information will help you to the extent you want. |

AN announcement was made that around 7 lakh banking sector jobs are going to be there. IBPS score card is valid for 1 year. Re: Cut off Marks for IBPS Clerk Exam for SC candidates? Cut off marks for IBPS CWE Clerk exam is hasnt declared yet. It will be declared soon as they declare the score of unsuccessful candidates score as well as cut off of IBPS CWE PO Exam. Anyway the cut off score varies from exam to exam . Its not fixed but from the past result, you can pedict that cut off marks is some what fall between 50 - 60% of the total and section wise too. As one needs to clear all section .As IBPS PO cut off score is 24 for general and 21 for sc/st /obc classes. |

Yes you can Apply for IBPS Clerk Exam after completing 12th with 56% as you satisfy the educational qualification requirement . you must satisfy other requirements too. Eligibility criteria for IBPS Clerk Exam . you must have 50% in a higher secondary exam or a bachelor degree IBPS allow Indians, Nepalis, Bhutanese and Tibetans, who are settled in India Minimum age requirement is 18 years and maximum is 28 years OBC category has been given 3 years ,SC/ST category has been given 5 years,Widows has been given 9 years, Ph.handicapped category has been given 10 years relaxation in their maximum age limit. Examination Pattern of IBPS: Typical pattern of the IBPS Clerk exam consist of 250 questions .50 questions each from Reasoning, English Language,, Numerical Ability/Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness,& Computer Knowledge total time duration given is 150 minutes you can refer a Book for preparation :Bank Clerk Exam Solved Papers by Kiran publications. But I can show you the calculation of how the cut-off marks is chosen.. It depends upon several factors like--------- 1.The number of students are going to appear in the exam. 2.The difficulty of questions 3.The marks secured by most of the candidates.. These are the important factors... Each candidate will have to secure a minimum standardized score in each of the tests to qualify in the written examination. The cut-off points will be decided based on the average (Average – ¼ Standard Deviation for General category candidates and Average – ¾ Standard Deviation for Reserved Category candidates). That is how they decide the cut-off marks.. So, get prepare for the exam.. All the best.. |

Each candidate should have passed in all the five sections.since, around 10 million candidates have been applied, there will be raising of cut off marks thats above 40% in each...suppose your left out section is ENGLISH, then you can relax..bcoz its optional only.....the main 3 is maths,reasoning and general knowledge. |

The expected cutoff marks will be 180-190 marks. eligilibty 40 % overall marks however they also need to score ateast 40 % marks in each unit. There will be 5 units in the IBPS CWE CLERICAL exam- * general english * general awareness * logical reasoning * quantitative aptitude * computer knowledge. each unit contains 50 questions of 50 marks and a candidates should score atleast 20 marks in each unit to qualify in the examination. best of luck. |
