Their is no marks criteria .So any graduate from recognized university are applicable for MAT exam. U need not to worry as ur marks is above 49% so you are applicable for MAT exam. Final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com. B.Tech., etc.)can apply here.The Exam Notification for MAT exam is not announced yet so you can wait just one month for MAT notification. http://www.aima-ind.org |

There is a minimum percentage requirement in graduation which is different for different management institutes and universities. MAT is approved by Ministry of HRD, GOI as a National Entrance Test.It is an Management Entrance examination which is conducted by All India Management Association for four time in a year during the month of February / May / September / December . Yes, you are eligible for MAT exam after secured 49% marks in your B.com as there is no percentage criteria to be eligible for the Management Aptitude Test. The eligibility for MAT exam is as under- 1. The applicant should be complete Bachelor degree in any discipline like , B.com / BBA / B.sc / B.A etc.. from recognized university . 2. Final year candidate are also eligible to apply for the examination . 3. There is no age bar. Job experience is not necessary. Percentage of marks is not mandatory for MAT Examination if your qualified in graduation then your eligible to apply for the Examination .  MAT :- Management Aptitude Test . If you are a graduate, in any discipline, you are eligible to take the test. Therefore, as per your qualification, you are definitely eligible for the test. The upcoming Management Aptitude Test-MAT is going to be conducted 05-02-2012.
