Re: Is B.tech(electrical)with 65 % is eligible for bank PO ?

Dear friend ,

Yes you are quite eligible for giving the Bank PO examination.

The minimum criteria for giving the Bank PO exam is 60% in you 10+2 and in your graduation. As you are having 65% so you are eligible to sit in the exam.

All you need to do is that you have to give the IBPS examination and have to clear that for the interview rounds . And if you are willing to join SBI bank then you have to pass the test conducted by SBI every year .

Good Luck........

Re: Is B.tech(electrical)with 65 % is eligible for bank PO ?

hi friend,

Bank PO exam only requires a 60% marks in graduation level and this graduation is independant of stream or branch or any year degree. Means you are eligible for all types of Bank PO exams. But please try for management trainee exam instead of PO.
You are happy to know that you are also eligible for specialist officer vacancies. Now a days SBI requires Specialist officer in electrical branch also. Do try for it, it is much better than bank PO since its eligibility is engineering degree not any degree.
