HI!
For marine engineering course you have to pass 12th with P.C.M with with minimum 50% marks.

For admission in top college you have to quaify the entrancce exam like-
> A.I.E.E.E
> I.I.T-J.E.E

1.The qualification required for marine engineering is as follows

2.The minimum eligibility for courses in Nautical science and Marine engineering is 10+2 or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, mathematics


3.He should also pass a medical fitness test for sea service under standard norms and with eyesight 6/6 with no colour blindness


4.Candidates wishing to enter the navigational and engineering fields of Merchant Navy need to complete a Bachelors degree in Nautical Science or Marine engineering, before they can gain admission to the field

you should complete 12th board Examination in science stream from recognized university .

The aspirant should having the subjects like physics / chemistry and Mathematics as amain subjects in 12th board Examination .
The aspirant should score above 60% percentage of marks in 12th examination .
The aspirant should crack the Engineering Entrance examination like, GATE

To get admitted in Marine Engineering you should be 12th pass
Eligibility criteria:-
1.Pass 12th with Physics, chemistry and maths with minimum 50% marks.

Candidate pass 12th science
And give entrance exam and secure as rank that is eligible for your Engineering .

Qualification Required for B.tech in Marine Engineering :-
