What are qualification require for marine engineering...please tell me regardint the qualifiction

The candidate must have passed the 12th class examination or any other equivalent examination in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

Qualification Required for B.tech in Marine Engineering :-

The aspirant should complete 12th board Examination in science stream from recognized university .

The aspirant should having the subjects like physics / chemistry and Mathematics as a main subjects in 12th board Examination .

The aspirant should score above 60% percentage of marks in 12th examination .

The aspirant should crack the Engineering Entrance examination like, GATE / AIEEE / BITSAT with good percentile of marks .

Qualification Required for M.tech in Marine Engineering :-

The aspirant should qualified in bachelor degree like , B.E or B.tech in Marine Engineering from recognized university.

The aspirant should score more then 60% percentage of marks in Bachelor degree .

The aspirant should crack GATE Examination .

Note :-

Admission for Marine Engineering both the Bachelor as well as Master degree based on the Entrance examination scores as well as Merit list

The qualification required for marine engineering is as follows.

Educational qualification: The minimum eligibility for courses in Nautical science and Marine engineering is 10+2 or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics. He should also pass a medical fitness test for sea service under standard norms and with eyesight 6/6 with no colour blindness.

Candidates wishing to enter the navigational and engineering fields of Merchant Navy need to complete a Bachelors degree in Nautical Science or Marine engineering, before they can gain admission to the field.

I have secured 60% marks in 12 board. AND in english i have secured 55%.can i apply for marine engineering

To get admitted in Marine Engineering you should be 12th pass
Eligibility criteria:-
1.Pass 12th with Physics, chemistry and maths with minimum 50% marks.
