Re: What is the syllabus for UPPCS? Hi UPPCS - Uttar Pradesh Provincial Civil Services This basically includes the jobs in various departments and posts in the State of Uttar Pradesh. The UPPCS Eligibility Criteria says that a candidate should be a minimum graduate or hold a Bachelor Degree. The age criteria says that the age of the applicant should be within 21-28 years.
