Re: How can I get through AFMC entrance exam? hy....here is the eligibility for afmc Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) has announced the dates for AFMC MBBS entrance examination, which will be conducted in May 2012. The AFMC MBBS entrance exam will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2012. AFMC 2012 is a medical entrance exam which is held to take admission into MBBS program offered by Arafmc-exammed Forces Medical College. AFMC MBBS 2012 Eligibility Criteria Candidate must have passed all the subjects opted for in the first attempt of the qualifying examinations as a regular candidate with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken simultaneously and securing not less than 60% of the aggregate marks in these 3 science subjects taken together and not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subjects. They must have also passed an examination in Mathematics of the 10th standard. Application Procedure for AFMC MBBS 2012: Prospectus including application form will only be available online and the prospective candidates must have a valid e-mail id. Detailed modalities for the application process will be available on this website www.afmc.nic.in soon. AFMC MBBS 2012 Paper Pattern: AFMC 2012 is a single level entrance examination divided into 4 sections namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Intelligence, Logic and Reasoning and English language and Comprehension. The paper consists of 200 questions each carrying one mark. |

One should have to Pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology with at least aggregate 60% together under the 10+2 scheme/pre-medical/intermediate science or an equivalent examination of the State Education Board/Indian University. Pass with minimum 50% in English & individual Science subject. Also passed Mathematics in 10th standard. age limit for this exam after 12th 17-22. and after graduation you can apply under age -17-24. |

The notification is published in National Dailies as well as on AFMC official website. Prospectus is available in all major city GPOs/HPO's/Pos. The duration of MBBS course is four and a half year followed by internship of one year. The entrance exam is conducted on 1st sunday of May.
