GME or Graduate Mechanical Engineering Training program is intended to build professional junior mechanical engineers to work on ships. It is a one year long training course consisting of two semesters. Graduate candidates from mechanical background with 50% overall marks are eligible to apply for this course. This qualification permits you to sail as a Junior Engineer on Ship and build a career as a marine mechanical engineer. That's all i can inform you about this course.. Re: Is Graduate Mechanical Engineer(GME) a PG course? Hello friend, The question you asked itself contains the answer! Of course graduate mechanical engineer course is not a post graduate course. It is a graduation course in the stream of mechanical engineering. After 10(+2), one can pursue this course as a graduation degree. After completing this course, one can go for post graduate courses like Master's or post graduate diploma. Good luck!! |
