i want to know that graduate mechanical engineer(gme) is a pg course or not?

The question you asked itself contains the answer! Of course graduate mechanical engineer course is not a post graduate course. It is a graduation course in the stream of mechanical engineering.

After 10(+2), one can pursue this course as a graduation degree. After completing this course, one can go for post graduate courses like Master's or post graduate diploma.

I want to make correction to my previous reply of your question and I regret for this.

GME or Graduate Mechanical Engineering Training program is intended to build professional junior mechanical engineers to work on ships.

It is a one year long training course consisting of two semesters. Graduate candidates from mechanical background with 50% overall marks are eligible to apply for this course.

This qualification permits you to sail as a Junior Engineer on Ship and build a career as a marine mechanical engineer.
