Eligibility 10+2 examination passed with Maths and Physics for joining Air force wings or Navy wings. 10+2 or equivalent qualification examination in any discipline for Army wings. Age should lies between 16.5 years and 19 years. you should be medically fit. |

Eye Standards for NDA examination :- For Naval Candidates :- Uncorrected without glass :- 6/6 -corrected with glass :- 6/6 -Limits of Myopia :- -0.75 -Limits of Hypermetropia :- +1.5 |

Re: Can I join NDA after having 1.5 spectacles? Sorry, you cannot apply for NDA as it requires 6'6 eye vision. You must also stand on the other eligibility criteria to apply for NDA. ¤ The eligibility criteria for NDA is given below : 1. The candidate must be an Indian. 2. The candidate should be physically fit. 3. The age limit is between 16.5 years to 19 years. 4. The candidate must have passed the 12th class examination or any equivalent examination. Re: Can I join NDA after having 1.5 spectacles? It seems that you are interested in doing NDA. Sorry, you are not eligible for NDA as it requires eye sight 6'6. Eligibility for NDA Entrance Exams As to be eligible for the NDA army wing a candidate needs to have passed 12th class in any subject stream. For the NDA Air force wing and the Navy, each of the candidates needs to have passed 12th class in science subject with PCM subject under the state board or its equivalent. The age of the candidate must be in between 16 ½ to 19 years. Candidates must also meet the physical fitness standards as laid out by the NDA. |

Educational Qualification- You must have completed 12th standard with physics, maths, chemistry. You must have secure 60% marks in 12th. Age criteria- The age should be in between 16.5-19years. There is no age relaxation for SC/ST , OBC criteria. NOTE:- >>Only unmarried male candidate are eligible for NDA exam. >>You must have the citizenship of India. Generally defence sector doesn't consider any kind of eye-sight problem. You have a eye-sight problem.They want normal eye-sight. So if you have not normal Eye-Sight you are not applicable for NDA exam. THE EYESIGHT PARAMETER FOR NDA EXAM  If you have not matched the above mention criteria then you can apply for different jobs.
