Re: Can I become an Income Tax officer after doing BBA? Yes you are perfectly eligible for Income Tax officer exam. Age limit for general is 18 to 27 years and for obc : 18 to 30 yrs and for sc/st is 18 to 32 yrs. you should have any degree of a recognized University, or equivalent and as you have done graduation in BBA ,so you are positively eligible. Yes,you are eligible for become an INCOME TAX OFFICER. the minimum qualification required for this exam is graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.This exam is conducted by the SSC once a year. ELIGIBILITY: 1.Graduate students are applicable. 2.Age limit for this exam is 21 to 27 years. 3.3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates 4.5 years for SC/ST candidates 5.candidate should be a citizen of india. The upper age limit is relaxable in respect of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes Other Backward Classes, Departmental candidates and such other categories of persons as may be decided from time to time. Educational Qualifications: A candidate must hold degree of a recognized University, or equivalent. Educational Qualification: Those candidates have completed graduation degree from recognized university are eligible for INCOME TAX OFFICER Exam. Age: Between 18 years to 27 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The examination is conduct two ways (i) Written examination (ii) Interview for Personality Test for such candidates as may qualify in the written test. The examination which you will need to crack to become Income Tax Officer is known as combined graduate level examination and is conducted by staff selection Commission(SSC). Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: the minimum academic qualification required is a bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Age Limit: the eligible age to apply for the post of Income Tax Officer is between 18 to 27 years. Nationality: the candidate should be citizen of india. Income tax officer exam is conducted by the SSC(Staff Selection Commission) once in a year. Eligibility criteria: The candidate should be complete graduation or any equivalent degree from any recognised university. Final year graduation students may also be eligible. Age criteria: 18 years to 27 years, 3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates, 5years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Nationality: Indian. INCOME TAX OFFICER ELIGIBLITY FOR THE POST OF INCOME TAX OFFICERThe eligibility for the candidates is the Candidates must be graduate from any stream or contain degree of a recognized University, or equal The fees for the application form is Rs. 100/-.
