Yes, you can definitely become Income Tax Officer after completion of your BBA or any other bachelors degree program.
In order to do so, you will have to qualify entrance examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission.
The examination conducted by the commission, for recruitment of Income Tax Officer and equivalent posts in other departments under central government, is known as Combined Graduate Level Examination. Apart from being a graduate, you must be within the age limit of 18-27 years.

Yes you are eligible to apply for the post of Income tax officer after the completion of your graduation. You can apply for the post of Income tax officer through SSC combined graduate level examination. This examination is conducted by the SSC for the various posts. The eligibility required for this examination is given below:

Education Qualification
For the post of Income tax officer in combined graduate level examination a candidate should be graduate in any discipline from the recognized university.
Those appeared in the final year examination are also eligible to apply for this examination.

Age Limit
For the post of Income tax officer a candidate age should be between 18 to 27 years.
Relaxation in age for different category candidates is given below:

Paper pattern:
For this exam the paper contains the question of General Intelligence, General English, Arithmetical Ability, and General Awareness, knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observations and experience in their scientific aspect. The test will also include History, Geography, Economic, General policy, Scientific Research etc.

Physical Standards (Minimum)
a) Height: 157.5cm
b) Chest: 81cm, fully expanded with a minimum expansion of 5 cm
c) Physical Test:
i)Walking:1600 meters in 15 minutes
ii) Cycling: 8 Km in 30 minutes

Yes you are perfectly eligible for Income Tax officer exam.
Age limit for general is 18 to 27 years and for obc : 18 to 30 yrs and for sc/st is 18 to 32 yrs.
you should have any degree of a recognized University, or equivalent and as you have done graduation in BBA ,so you are positively eligible.
