NDA(National defence academy) exam is conducted by the upsc(union public service commission) twice in a year that is NDA1 and NDA2 NDA has three wings indian army navy indian airforce eligibility criteria: the candidate should be a citizen of india. The candidate age limit is 16.5 years to 19 years. Education qualification is 10+2 standard from a recognized state board of india only unmarried male candidates are eligible , girls are not eligible for this exam. Dear friend, If you are interested in NDA Then please go through these criteria details below : Here are the physical requirement and other requirement for NDA NDA ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : 1.Academic qualification : The candidate should complete 12th standard examination 2.Age limitation : The age of the candidate must be within 16.5 to 19 years. 3.Nationality : The candidate must be an Indian 4.Eyesight criteria : Eyesight of the candidate must be 6/6. 5.Height criteria : The height of the candidate should be minimum 165 cm. |

Re: Required Physical Qualification to get into NDA? NDA stands for national defence academy.This is conducted by UPSc twice time in a year. Those candidates have completed 12th with science department are application for NDA exam. Commerce students are applicable only for indian airforce exam. Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years. There are no age relaxation criteria for sc/st criteria. Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam. Also you most have citizenship of india. |

NDA (National Defence Academy) examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) twice a year that is NDA I and NDA II. NDA includes three sectors - ◘ Navy wing ◘ Air Force wing ◘ Army wing Many candidates are rejected due to their physical standards because the cannot stand on the basis of physical eligibility. The candidate must have passed the 12th class examination or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate with physics, chemistry and mathematics. 3. WEIGHT 50 kg (around)according to the height. Re: Required Physical Qualification to get into NDA? For the aspirants of NDA exam, very elaborate physical standards are laid down by the UPSC. The whole details stretch more than one page of Employment News. Broadly, standards have been laid down for height, weight, leg length, chest, spinal conditions, mental state, hearing ability, vision, etc. it is also stated that several candidates, despite passing the examinations fail in the medical test. You may refer to the detailed advt of the last exam which appeared in Emplyment News of 31 Dec, 2011 to 6th Jan, 2012.
