And if your father has any business and in future you r going to handle that business or rather your are interested in some other field but completing education just for society then just don’t do mba useless i feel. Re: Benefit of MBA after BBA? Hi, Well, after MBA there is a whole different genre in front of you. There are management trainee jobs, there are project associate jobs, there are managerial jobs and lot more to be applied for MBA. You have to choose a specialization area which you like and you can apply for MBA in that genre, if you have 50% or more in your BBA. In fact you will find it easier other than many candidates to do MBA, as your earlier state was BBA. You can go for MBA in Business Management or MBA in retail or MBA in production management or MBA in materials or MBA in International business or MBA in managerial economics etc. You just opt for next year's MBA entrance examinations. Some popular ones are CAT, MAT, OPENMAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, etc. When you clear this, then you can get a chance at the MBA programs in different MBA colleges. |

Re: Benefit of MBA after BBA? hello sir, You get more benifits on joining MBA after BBA. You can do MBA in marketing and sales side by side, but you have to opt either of them for correspondance. For example- if you are persuing mba (marketing) with regular then you can persue mba (sales) through correspondance. It is adviceable not to opt for simultaneously degrees it will harm you in all respected. Better to complete one then opt for other one. However, you can enroll for ICAWA,CIMA etc.there all are correspondance courses, with excellent market value and promissing career oppurttunity. |

Re: Benefit of MBA after BBA? Dear friend, There are so many advantages to complete your Masters in Business Administration. After completion of BBA you will be able to get jobs in some companies. But, you will not get satisfied about the salary they will offer you. If you complete your Masters in this field then you will be able to step into a completely new world where your opinions will matter and the salary they will offer you is much much better. So, don't hesitate to go for MBA. All the very best.. |

Re: Benefit of MBA after BBA? MBA has good prospects and it will give you a promising and secure future. You can do MBA depending on your interest areas. As you are searching for some unique programs, I have heard of UPES, Dehradun (India) which is famous for its programs from core sector. Core sectors are in huge demand in international market. One of my cousin is also doing MBA in Power management from UPES and he is already getting nice offers from some multi national companies and the package offered is also around 4-5 lacs. Some of its other popular programs are oil and gas mgmt, energy trading, infrastructure mgmt etc. He told me that the faculty and the infrastructure are of world class stature. I would advise you to look for the best university, so that you can get best exposure in this field. |

Re: Benefit of MBA after BBA? i will say that its not a single benefit. but a collection of benefit. Do you know why? Let me explain the what is what. The eligibility for MBA is mostly graduation. Because of its good demand in market, now all the graduates are moving towards Mba even they dont have the background of B.Com or BBM. So most of the students are from btech backgrounds or from bsc computers or bsc life sciences. All these people did not have arts background at their graduation level and in the 2 years of MBA, because of hurry burry semester exams they can not get clear cut clarity about concepts. But when it come Bbm people in their mba, they may not have these kind of problems. By thinking like this most of the stock brokering companies and other financial institutions are giving good preference to these BBM people. So you may have an advantage than all other people. I would suggest you to complete NCFM certification courses while pursuing your MBA. That will be an added advantage for you. All the best |

Re: Benefit of MBA after BBA? HI! Yes, there are few courses after doing graduation in business management. But none of them is comparable to a MBA degree in terms of advancing your career prospects and job opportunities. Career prospects: Students who successfully complete the MBA course will find careers in a wide range of positions depending on the specialisation chosen. These might include positions in international recruitment, international marketing, international banking, public relations, general management and consultancy in companies worldwide |

Re: Benefit of MBA after BBA? after completion of your BBA if you complete MBA you will face so many benifits. like job opportunity and scope after MBA is far better than BBA. salary pay scale is very high for a MBA student than BBA student. you may join as a lecturer after MBA but after BBA you can not. your chances of promotion will be more higher than BBA. if you want to do MBA then there are so many good branches in MBA like Financial management operation and maintenance management marketing management advertise management etc. choose the best suitable one for you. best wishes. |
