There is an possibility for appearing in NET/SET test after completing PG in history subject with 52% marks for SC category This exam is conducted twice in a year..... you are eligible to apply for it GOOD LUCK |

NET(National Eligibility Test) exam is conducted by the UGC(University Grants Commission). This exam is conducting for two parts i.e Junior Research Fellowship and Lectureship. Eligibility criteria for Junior research fellowship: The candidate should be complete post-graduation from a recognised university with atleast of 55% marks. 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Candidate should be a citizen of india. Age limits is 18 years to 28 years. Eligibility criteria for Lectureship: The candidate should be complete post-graduation from a recognised university with atleast of 55% marks. 5% of marks relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Candidate should be a citizen of india. There is no maximum age limit to apply this exam. Selection process: Written examination, Interview. I belong to SC category Hello Friend, you are eligible to apply for NET/SET exam. because you are in SC category and your marks in masters, is more than 50%. The NET exam is conducted generally in the month of June and December every year The application process starts in March/April for June term exam and application process starts in September/October for December term exam of NET. I belong to SC category To be eligible for NET/SET examination the one should have minimum 55% marks in masters degree. This criteria is relaxed by 5% for SC, ST, PH and VH category candidates. As you are in SC category and your marks in masters, is more than 50%, so you are eligible to apply for NET/SET exam.
