HI, I HAVE TOTALLY 3 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE, OUT OF WHICH MY EARLY 3 YEARS WAS IN A RECURITMENT FIELD, IN WHICH 1 YEAR INTO THE MANFACTURING SECTOR AND 2 YEARS INTO SERVICE SECTOR. For you a lot of government jobs are available for which you can apply. It seems like you are a bit over age as to apply for entry level jobs with PSC and UPSC. With your qualification and experience I am pretty sure that you will get excellent jobs. At times, the government and the public sector companies requite qualified and experience people. As to fill these vacancies the government will publish a notification. You need to watch out for this news in the employment news. For recruitments like this there won’t be any age limit. |

Don't worry about age criteria. Since you have had 15 yrs of experience you may get age relaxation. In some sectors like banking & finance MBA candidates get some preference. You can apply for management executive positions in PSUs like NTPC, GAIL, IDBI, etc. |

In different sectors like banks and PSUs there are differnt vacancie for which you can go for so please keep watching employment newspaper. At some palces your experience will also be conted.
