Re: Is 12th better or diploma after 10th? ACC to many suggestions puc is good but wat about me my name is Kavya I want to become a railway driver to say loco pilot so which would be the best for me diploma or puc after tenth. Please this is my request to suggest me the good one. |

Plz suggest a nice college in Pune bcs I completed my school in solapur and due to my father's transfer I don't know any college in Pune .so tell which is the nice or best college in pune I must take . plz suggest or guide me . I want to go for engineering . plz help me . |

Re: Is 12th better or diploma after 10th? hello friend...!! (a)Its your option to choose between 12th or Diploma. (b)According to me, Diploma in Engineering side is better. (c)Diploma in Engineering side will give you a better idea in Engineering stream but later it will be difficult for you to go through exams like IIT JEE and AIEEE. (d)The problem is that for Engineering side competitive exams like IIT JEE, the portion is completely different from the Diploma side because it involves Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. this whole depends upon your interest. thank u. all the best...!! |

Re: Is 12th better or diploma after 10th? hello friend...!! -> As you asked that 12th is better or diploma about 10th standard. ->basically it depends upon your interest that in which field you want to go. -> According to me the better option will be 12th. -> Because it is the basement for any degree. -> If you go for +1,+2 Biology group, then you can go for medical future like MBBS etc by giving entrance exam PMT. -> f you go for +1,+2 MATHS GROUP, then you can go for non-medical future like b.tech,BCA,etc. by giving entrance exam CET & AIEEE etc. so according to me you should go for 12th class and then for higher studies. all the best....go ahead....

Re: Is 12th better or diploma after 10th? both the courses are good. hello friend..!! the eligibility criteria to take the admission into polytechnic college is:- 1.you should have 60 % marks. 2.you should have no backlog or reappear in the 10th class. you can take the admission by giving the entrance exam of the recognized university. there are various entrance exams are conducted by the universities. like JET(joint engineering test) is conducted by the Punjab technical university,jalandhar for the admission of diploma in engineering in any polytechnic college. but if you do 12th ,it is also good. you will get more experience by doing 12th in physics and chemisrty and maths. but by doing diploma,you will not have good base in maths. so you will got many problems in garduation regarding maths. |

Re: Is 12th better or diploma after 10th? hello you can choose one option from 12th class or diploma according to me diploma is better then 12th class if you want to go engineering. but if you have interest in commerce or arts subject then you have to choose 12th class. now its depend on you in which subject you have interest. one benefit of diploma is that you can take direct admission in engineering unless given any entrance exam best of luck |

Now a days higher studies are more preferable than the diplomas as after the higher studies one can easily get a good job,a handsome salary package, a better chance to be promoted in their job sector, a good reputation in the society & so on. After 10th if one can pursue the Diploma then its for two reasons- 1. He secured a very low percentage & want to be get rid from the studies as early as he can. 2. He is not a financially strong from his family background & want to pursue the Diploma to get an early job. But if both these above conditions are not applied to you then I will suggest you to for your 12th class as after that a lot of opportunities you can get to fulfill your dreams. |

Re: Is 12th better or diploma after 10th? diploma is better option than 12 after 10 we can get jobs early while we join in diplomathis will help for poor people and they can get more subject in small age and they can create any thing and if interested they can also study in engineering like lateral entry directly to the second year and can get more good jobs and e.c.e,c.s.e are the good branches all branches are nice but these two are better than all |

Re: Is 12th better or diploma after 10th? hai, There are many courses in Diploma(Engineering) stream just like Engineering in under graduation level,In diploma you will have all the subjects covered from the Engineering stream of a specific field, get into the second year of the Engineering stream after completing your diploma but only private colleges allow to undertake the course from 2nd year but doing 12th class will be better for you. this is because, if you do diploma, then after completing diploma of three years you will have to take admission in engineering. at that time, you will take admission through lateral entry directly into the second year of engineering. but there is no lateral entry in nit and iit colleges. if you want to take admission in these colleges, then you will have to take admission in first year,this will waste your one year, choice is yours |

After completion of class 12th you will have a lot more options available to you.You can go for Engineering,Medical courses or Graduation.After Graduation you can go for further education or can go for services which are provided at graduation level. If you +1,+2 Biology group, then you are joining for the medicine field ,or in Engineering Bio-technology it will be easier for understanding the subject. My option will be always for 12th. AS my point of view the12th standard is very essential standard. you have to do 12th class. because this is the basis critera of any of the department. so, you also do 12th standard. there is no loss of 2 year. because these 2 years is very important for the future. good luck. |
