I PASSED THE 10 CBSE Exam in this year,please tell me he good & topper collrges in mumbai for diploma coarse in engneering, & also tell me that 12 th is better or diploma coarse is better after 10 std, please guide me.

Its your option to choose between 12th and Diploma.According to me, Diploma in Engineering side is better else you can even check out various options in diploma side from other streams like Hotel management, Aviation sector..etc.Diploma in Engineering side will give you a better idea in Engineering stream but later it will be difficult for you to go through exams like IIT JEE and AIEEE.The problem is that for Engineering side competitive exams like IIT JEE, the portion is completely different from the Diploma side because it involves Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

There are many courses in Diploma(Engineering) stream just like Engineering in under graduation level.In diploma you will have all the subjects covered from the Engineering stream of a specific field.You can get into the second year of the Engineering stream after completing your diploma but only private colleges allow to undertake the course from 2nd year.

There are many colleges in Mumbai offering diploma course.Some of the colleges which you can check out are:-

AS my point of view the12th standard is very essential standard.
you have to do 12th class. because this is the basis critera of any of the department.
so, you also do 12th standard. there is no loss of 2 year. because these 2 years is very important for the future.

Diploma is a better option for you.But again if you think about engineering in top institutes like IITs,AIEEE then you cannot be eligible for that since for that its mandatory to clear your 10+2.

after 10th you go for 12th or diploma

Your question depends on 12th or to do Diploma course.
The better option will be 12th. Because it is the basement for any degree. If you +1,+2 Biology group, then you are joining for the medicine field ,or in Engineering Bio-technology it will be easier for understanding the subject.

My option will be always for 12th.

Diploma course is helpful only when you for Engineering,otherwise in today's competitive environment Diploma course is of little help.

After completion of class 12th you will have a lot more options available to you.You can go for Engineering,Medical courses or Graduation.After Graduation you can go for further education or can go for services which are provided at graduation level.

in my opinion, doing 12th class will be better for you. this is because, if you do diploma, then after completing diploma of three years you will have to take admission in engineering. at that time, you will take admission through lateral entry directly into the second year of engineering. but there is no lateral entry in nit and iit colleges. if you want to take admission in these colleges, then you will have to take admission in first year. this will waste your one year.
whereas if you do 12th class, then you will be able to give entrance exams of aieee and iit jee and take admission in nit or iit colleges without the wastage of one year.
but the choice is yours

Its Depend on your choice whether you have interested in engg, or more study. But according to my suggestion +2 is more better than diploma if you have interest in engineering you can appear in the exams like IIT JEE, AIEEE. you you have more career options after +2 in my views.

if you want job soon then diploma is better its depend upon your finfncial condition but if you want higher post job then do graduation after 12th.

12 th is good for diploma courses because after diploma if u want do b.tech then some clg can't do admission for 10th diploma holder

diploma is better option than 12 after 10 we can get jobs early while we join in diplomathis will help for poor people and they can get more subject in small age and they can create any thing and if interested they can also study in engineering like lateral entry directly to the second year and can get more good jobs and e.c.e,c.s.e are the good branches all branches are nice but these two are better than all

I think 12th is better than diploma because after completing 12th standard we can write many entrance tests like EAMCET, AIEEE, IIT JEE etc and many more.We can study the basics from 1st year of b.tech and we can understand the way of teaching and the way to study and it doesn't takes time to settle with others because all the students around us are same as we.But after doing diploma we enter directly into the 2nd year which makes us some uneasy and takes much time to mingle with other calssmates and the way they teach.So i prefer doing 12th is 100% better than doing diploma....

Now a days higher studies are more preferable than the diplomas as after the higher studies one can easily get a good job,a handsome salary package, a better chance to be promoted in their job sector, a good reputation in the society & so on.

After 10th if one can pursue the Diploma then its for two reasons-

1. He secured a very low percentage & want to be get rid from the studies as early as he can.

2. He is not a financially strong from his family background & want to pursue the Diploma to get an early job.

But if both these above conditions are not applied to you then I will suggest you to for your 12th class as after that a lot of opportunities you can get to fulfill your dreams.

but if you have interest in commerce or arts subject then you have to choose 12th class.
now its depend on you in which subject you have interest.
one benefit of diploma is that you can take direct admission in engineering unless given any entrance exam

the eligibility criteria to take the admission into polytechnic college is:-
1.you should have 60 % marks.
2.you should have no backlog or reappear in the 10th class.


you can take the admission by giving the entrance exam of the recognized university.

there are various entrance exams are conducted by the universities.

like JET(joint engineering test) is conducted by the Punjab technical university,jalandhar for the admission of diploma in engineering in any polytechnic college.


but if you do 12th ,it is also good.
you will get more experience by doing 12th in physics and chemisrty and maths.

but by doing diploma,you will not have good base in maths.
so you will got many problems in garduation regarding maths.

I just now gave my 10th exam SSC And I am totally confused wt I shd take . ethier diploma or 12th .
