Re: How to apply for MS? As you have not specified in which country do you want to pursue MS so its little bit difficult to suggest you any exam but still mostly all countries accept GRE scores along with english proficiency test. Some of the countries like canada , australia etc. only requires IELTS bands. |

Re: How to apply for MS? Dear Aspirant, To get a MS in foreign university you need to write the following exams: GRE TOEFL IELTS So by writing these three exams. If you get a good score. You can get admission in any college from the world. IF you want to take admission from US then IELTS can be a option choice.Mostly the GRE and TOEFL are taken into consideration for admissions. Only few top colleges ask for IELTS in the US.So most probably the GRE and TOEFL are the score asked through out the world. so if you get a good score in the GRE then am sure you will get a good college. After getting the score you need to send a cover letter for the chosen universities and also you need to show your bank balance(upto 20Lakhs). Then only you can get a i20 and then you can apply for a VISA then you can get into that college. Good luck. Hope this info helps you. ![]() All the best for your future endeavor's. Any more Queries. Don't Hesitate to ask me. Am happy to help you always. Just ping to my profile. Best Regards, Sampath. |

Re: How to apply for MS? HELLO SIR........ I think go for doing the MS course after completing your B.E or you can attempt when your in the fourth year itself. You should attend for both the GRE and TOEFL exams to secure a seat in America,Singapore..etc, The test consists mainly on English which will test your quantitative aptitude. Re: How to apply for MS? Hai, You cannot apply for Masters in US without taking GRE and TOEFL. The popular intake for international students in Fall (Aug/Sept) The tuition can range from $35,000-$55,000 for 2 years of Education. You have to write GRE for pursuing MS . The Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) is a standardized test that is an admissions requirement for many graduate schools in the United States,[1] in other English-speaking countries and for English-taught graduate and business programs world-wide. The GRE General Test is offered as a computer-based, computer adaptive exam administered by selected qualified testing centers; however, paper-based exams are offered in areas of the world where computer-based testing is not available. It is a very good option after B.tech for PG studies abroad at world recognized universities |

Re: How to apply for MS? In order to apply to the Master's degree program in the US you maybe required to complete 16 years of undergraduate education. The 16th year requirement now varies from university to university. A few schools in the US may accept students with 15 years of prior education, thus accepting the 3 year Indian Bachelor's degree. However, in most cases, students have to complete 16 years of education. Generally the 16th year of education can be one year of a two year Master's degree from a recognized university. Please check with each individual university you are applying to if they will accept your application without the 16th year. Please study the Masters degree program in Food Science or Human Nutrition offered by UIUC, and Masters degree in Microbiology offered by Southern Illinois University. |
