Professional Programme After graduation there are 2 courses in graduation 1. Executive Programme 2. Professional Programme after completing the course 15 months training will be given by the company. Admissions will be held twice in a year i.e., june and december For the entrance exam syllabus will be covered from the topics 1. English and Business Communication 2. Economics and Statistics 3. Financial Accounting 4. Elements of Business Laws and Management Fee structure : foundation course : rs 3600 executive course : rs 7000 for commerce students and for non commerce students rs 7750 all the best........ |

The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The course has three stages which are Foundation, Intermediate and Final. Foundation course is open for those who have only done 10+2. Those with graduation or a pass in final exams of ICWAI or ICAI can directly apply for the intermediate stage. After doing the Intermediate course and clearing the exams one goes into the final stage. To become a company secretary a candidate needs to be a member of Institute of Company Secretaries. For that one needs to clear the final stage by passing the examinations, gain practical experience and do the required training. A company secretary needs to have very good Communciation skills, excellent command over English, analytical mind and ability to explain things to the directors and decision takers in the company. Job prospects for Company Secretary are quitegood and the scope for growth is also there. Remunerations offered are really good for company secretaries with salaries starting from Rs. 20,000 per month. |

The course is conducted by the institute of company secretaries of India. The minimum eligibility required for the exam is 10+a qualification. The minimum age required is 17 years. The other qualification required for the aspirant is good knowledge of english both communication and writing. The foundation course consist of 4 papers whereas executive paper consist of 8 papers. To clear the professional exam the aspirant need to under go practical and modular training. Completing the course the aspirant is given the certificate . The exam is held twice a year during the month of june and december for the current year the last date for applying for the exam got over. |

A graduate either from commerce or non-commerce background can directly for the second stage, i.e. Executive Program. The final stage of the course includes Professional program and practical trainings. The institute do not conducts any entrance exam for admission to above mentioned programs. The executive program has six papers which deals in General and commercial Law, Company Accounts ,Cost and Management Accounting, Tax Law,Company Law,Economic and Labour Law,Security Law etc. When you will clear the Executive Program, you will move on to Professional program.
