This salary level is too low after 4 years of experience I have reached 10000/- per month. The salary level is too damn low. Now I'm doing BCA and leave the mechanical field. |

It is good that you have completed your diploma course in mechanical Engineering.Basically you have now two options that is either go for the job or go for the higher studies. If you are going for the first option that it is quite good.That you will get a good job in core companies like TATA BHEL Mahindra tech etc by the means of advertisements or vacancies in time to time. Now we will talk about the money, As you have completed your diploma course so you starting payout will vary from 12k to 16k maximum it may be 24k to 30k.And the post which you will get will be also quite good. But if you go for the second option that is higher studies in your same stream.If you will do bachelor degree course and also post graduation degree course that it will be more beneficial for you. You will get better post and the payout will be also better.The starting pay out will be from 25k 35k.So dear aspirant it will be good option to go for the higher studies rather than directly going for the Job. The salary range can varies as follows :- Freshers : 0 year experince : salary about 2.8 Lakh annually . 5 year experience : salary about 6.5 to 7 Lakh annually 38 year experience : salary about 11.5 to 14 Lakh annually. A complete DAE student with 1st div can get a nice salary pakage on his interview in several companies! it depends on him that how he represent him self in front of seniors and thats the spirite,they based the salary pakage on his talking style and work obility!! if you are a well personality and healthy person u can get more extra work for ur self!!! but normly u can get 17000 in private companies like steel makers etc and u can get 22000 in gov...without allowance,and hired |

If you get jobs in some reputed companies like L&T, bhel, etcor any govt jobs. here starting salary is 8000 to 13000. If you have any extar qualifications After that it will be increased to 25000 to 35000. After completing your diploma then you are completed btech also. after completion of btech then your package will be in lacks. I will give the National pay scale for diploma in mechanical enginering Salary Rs 118,152 - Rs 713,673 Bonus Rs 2,074 - Rs 96,104 Profit Sharing Rs 983 - Rs 82,917 Commission Rs 136.66 - Rs 104,057 Total Pay Rs 121,701 - Rs 813,241 .............Sayyed Shahrukh In that way the package will be decided. Which is not bad for a freshers after diploma only.. As you are from mechanical stram then you can apply for core sector jobs like- 1.BHEL 2.GAIL 3.POWER GRID 4.RRB 5.SAIL 6.TATA MOTORS 7.HMT etc.. You can go for any of these.. All the best. |
