If you get jobs in some reputed companies like L&T, bhel, etcor any govt jobs.
here starting salary is 8000 to 13000.
If you have any extar qualifications
After that it will be increased to 25000 to 35000.

After completing your diploma then you are completed btech also.
after completion of btech then your package will be in lacks.

Bonus Rs 2,074 - Rs 96,104

Profit Sharing Rs 983 - Rs 82,917

If you join central govement jobs then your salary will be Rs 9300-34800 but if you join private companies then the salary will vary company and your performance basis.

As you have completed the diploma from the mechanical engineering then you are eligible to get the jobs for both the government as well as the private companies

the diploma graduates form any institute are required to undergo a training period for 1 yr duration in their field for good completion of course!

the salary during this tenure wil b around 5000-10000 rs. depending on the institute!!!

after this u may join as an junoir at any company and the avg general salary is around rs.10000-20000...

starting a business after doing a diploma is very mcuh possible. if ur business seems very profitable, banks also offer u loans.

many small scale manufactures, are diploma holders.

the usual business include a small scale industry to manufacture small automobile parts, etc.

It's quite tough to mention the particular amount.
It depends on several things like-
1. The company you are working for
2. Your work duration
3. How long you have been working in there etc.
Although being a diploma you can expect an amount of Rs. 5000-10000/- per month.
I will like to suggest you to go for B.Tech to have a better pay scale..

Which is not bad for a freshers after diploma only..

As you are from mechanical stram then you can apply for core sector jobs like-

1.BHEL
2.GAIL
3.POWER GRID
4.RRB
5.SAIL
6.TATA MOTORS
7.HMT
etc..
