The career course of Company Secretary is not only prestigious but is financial prospects. 2:The minimum eligibility to gain entry in the Foundation Course is a pass in 10+2 examination or its equivalent in any stream. There are three types of selection course: -->Foundation course, -->Executive course, -->Professional course. Eligibility criteria for Foundation course: Candidate should be complete 12th standard from a recognised state board of india. Duration of this course is 8 months. Eligibility criteria for Executive course: Candidale should be complete foundation course or graduation from a recognised university. Duration of this course is 9 months. Eligibility criteria for Professional course: The candidate who are eligible in Executive course is eligible for this course. Duration of this course is 9 months. you need not to apply for foundation level as you are graduate ,you can directly apply for executive level in company secretary course. Most of the organization which are operate by boards, councils,associations,authorities,federations,or commissions appoints a qualified company secretary. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE 10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification. (No percentage is required in 12th class just passing is enough) There is no limit on age. THREE STAGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY 1,FOUNDATION 2,EXECUTIVE 3,PROFESSIONAL Total Fee of Comapany Secretary is not more than 25000/-. Duration of CS course? there are 3 CS courses - 1) C S FOUNDATION COURSE ELIGIBILITY 10+2 pass candidates (arts, science or commerce but not fine arts) are eligible and thei will have to submit a proof of passing DURATION 8 months 2) C.S. INTERMEDIATE COURSE ELIGIBILITY - C.S. foundation pass - degree holder (except in fine arts ) -Pass in Final examination of - final exam pass in recognized Accountancy Institution in India or abroad - minimum age of 17 years DURATION 9 months 3) C.S. FINAL COURSE After a period of 9 months after passing the intermediate course the student is eligible for final course |

This course is divided in to three parts:- FOUNDATION PROGRAM:- The candidate having completed 12th in any stream is eligible for this program. The duration of this course is 8 months. EXECUTIVE PROGRAM:- The candidate having completed Foundation program or having Graduation in any discipline is eligible directly to this program. The duration of this program is of 9 months. I have been working in NBFC from last 5 years as a manager. Am i eligible for doing cs and if yes can i directly write the intermediate exams. |
