Re: Doing B.Tech in IT : When to give an entrance test to join Indian Air-force as a Pilot? I am going to join B.tech course after taking an year drop. which means from 19 to 23 years my B.tech will be conducted. please tell me how much attempts will I get for iaf pilot entrance test. |

When your in the fourth year of Engineering you can go through the CDS exam conducted by the UPSC.In CDS you can choose the field of your interest like Airforce,Military,Maval Academy. You can also go through the SSB or the Officer's academy which is of a fourteen year service.The Notifications for CDS and SSB are published in the daily newspaper "The Hindu" or the weekly journal "Employment news".
